
We are all a lot more concerned with what we are putting into our bodies. Many people have drastically altered their diets to eat less sugar, more greens and, in many cases, less meat (for the sake of both the environment and the lives of animals!). In this short post, I wanted to suggest my favourite of all the natural sleep remedies in the UK. They have really helped me over the last month so the least I can do is share in the love!
I have always been somewhat fearful of pharmaceutical drugs and medication. It feels like many of the drug companies create drugs that make you become dependent. They don’t really cure the thing, but make you reliant on taking it every day to feel better. I guess it’s actually rather a smart business model!
